My husband Paul and I looked on our own for 2 years for a cottage on a clean lake with a level frontage near a vibrant town. We asked Jim Honsinger

Within 2 weeks Jim found us several cottages and after viewing them from our Florida home on the internet we drove to Baldwinsville and ended up with a contract on our cottage in Seneca, NY. Jim made it possible, he stayed in our price range followed up and worked for us and we closed June 5th 2008.
